Ahavah Coaching

Empowering Life and Career Transitions
At Ahavah, we guide individuals through meaningful life and career transitions. Our work focuses on developing self-awareness, resilience, and clarity - helping you move from stress and uncertainty toward purpose, confidence, and fulfillment in your next chapter.

What is Ahavah
Ahavah is the Hebrew word for love—a love that reflects presence, authenticity, and connection to self and others. At Ahavah Coaching, it represents the energy of Self—the calm, curious, and compassionate state that allows growth, healing, and clarity to unfold. Through this lens, coaching becomes a process of increasing self-awareness, aligning with one’s core values, and living with greater intention and purpose.

Ahavah Coaching also draws inspiration from Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold, and from the Kabbalistic concept of the broken vessels, where light scattered through imperfection becomes the source of renewal. Both ideas remind us that our challenges and “cracks” are not weaknesses but invitations to evolve. When approached with love and awareness, those places of fracture can become the most beautiful expressions of resilience, integration, and strength.

Molly Michael
I believe transformation starts with awareness: seeing yourself clearly enough to choose with purpose. My work as an ICF-certified coach (ACC) is grounded in helping people uncover the patterns that shape their decisions, align with their values, and create meaningful change. Additionally, I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, which helps to deepen my understanding of human motivation and growth.

Before becoming a coach, I spent two decades as a government intelligence analyst, trained to find clarity in complexity. That background taught me how insight emerges through curiosity and reflection—the same skills I now bring to coaching conversations that help clients navigate uncertainty and move forward intentionally.
